 Under no circumstances does our Medical Director provide patient
care to any of the referred patients in our patient census.
As a member of our health care team, the Medical Director
monitors quality assurance data to ensure ongoing needs of your
plan of care are met by our staff.
Oversees patient’s plan of care implementation, utilization, and
outcome measurements utilizing the Texas Dept. of Aging &
Disability Services (DADS) and the Center of Medicare & Medicaid
Services’ (CMS) conditions of Participation (CoPs) as the
nationally accepted standard of care.
Analyzes Quality Assurance Patient Intervention (QAPI) reports
and recommends to the QAPI committee actions to improve quality
of care delivery.
