We are a one stop home health care agency for your orders (SN, ancillary services, lab, radiology, point of care, testing on demand and more). Once a patient is admitted by 24/7 Home Care, he or she is taken care of regardless of the diagnosis. Patients with conditions for which we cannot treat will be referred to a licensed healthcare provider in our network. We shall be responsible in coordinating all subsequent admissions.
